Fun Food Facts

Tomatoes – have 4 chambers just like the heart and tomatoes are good food for the heart and blood.
Walnuts
– look like a brain with a left and right hemisphere; an upper
cerebrum and lower cerebrum. Walnuts even have wrinkles or folds on
the nut just like the neo-cortex. Now we know that walnuts help develop
more than 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function
Kidney beans – look like the kidneys and help support kidney function.
Celery look like bones and our bones are made up of 23% sodium
and celery is made up of 23% sodium. When the body does not have enough
sodium for digestion, it steals it from the bones.
