Lose Weight in the New Year

Here are some tips to aid you in your weight loss journey in
2012.
I recommend taking Daily One or Super Nutrient Trio to supply your body with
the basic nutrients it needs. If you are lacking nutrients, you may crave
unhealthy foods.
It is always a good idea to take Digest (enzymes) and HCL for proper digestion,
which aids in absorption of the nutrients you get from the food you eat.
Additional supplements that aid in weight loss are Cleanse (colon detox),
Adaptogen (adaptogenic herbs) and FatStat (assists fat elimination).
What you eat and think are important aspects in losing
weight. When we are angry, sad or any other negative emotion, we tend to
turn to comfort foods or energizing foods.
The foods I recommend consuming are whole foods, preferably prepared at home where
you can control how they are cooked and what is put on them. Fill half of
your plate with veggies (organic is best). Use whole grains in place of
processed or refined grains. It is best to eat organic, grass-fed meat
and organic dairy when consuming them. Ideally, you will have a balance
of good carbs, fats and protein at each meal.
Another aspect to consider is blood
sugar. If you tend to get irritable if you don't eat as soon as your
hungry, you may need to eat small meals spread out through the day to keep your
blood sugar steady.
