Helps with my sleep
Take before bed to relax and get restful sleep

Don't overdo it
If you take too much magnesium it'll cause lose bowels. Alot of people are deficient in magnesium but if you're not it can cause diarrhea.

My go to for a good night sleep
If I want to make sure I sleep well, I take 2 of these magnesium capsules an hour before bed. I sleep great every time!

Easily assimilated
I recently read an article saying that Magnesium glycinate is the best form of Magnesium to take, as our bodies break it down and assimilate it the easiest/best.
Magnesium is essential and something that because of the poor quality of food and soil these days, we don't really get enough of.
